Aubrey Plaza born June 26 1984 is an actor and comic famous for her dry comedy. April Ludgate plays her on Parks and Recreation. After doing improv and sketch comedy on The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza made her web series debut with the Jeannie Tate Show. Her later work experience saw her went on to star in Judd Apatow Funny People, Scott Pilgrim and The World. Her birth should be celebrated this day. Aubrey Christina Plaza (born in Wilmington Delaware) is the child of Bernadette Plaza who is an lawyer by trade and David Plaza a financial consultant. Both her parents are both English/Irish and Puerto Rican. Plaza graduated at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and a Catholic, all-girls secondary school, in the year 2006 after having graduated in 2002. As a student of the Wilmington Drama League, Plaza was the president of their Student Government. In 2004, while in her second year of college Plaza suffered a stroke which caused her to suffer from expressive aphasia, as well as a prolonged period of paralysis. Her recovery is complete. Plaza started performing improv, sketch comedy and a variety of other forms at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater New York City in 2004. Also, she's performed stand-up comedy at the Laugh Factory and The Improv in N.Y.C.
