Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country musician and singer whose tales of youthful heartache earned her widespread success in the early 20th century. Swift's love for music started when she was a young age. From children's plays to singing in front of thousands of people, Swift made rapid progress. Swift started writing songs at the age of 11. She performed The Star-Spangled Banner for a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game. Swift was inspired to compose her own songs by country music artists category, like Shania Twain or the Dixie Chicks. Swift's family relocated into Tennessee from Pennsylvania at the age of thirteen so she could be able to spend more time exploring popular country music labels in Nashville.
